Parmesan Chicken

 1/2 cup of reduced fat parmesan cheese, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper, 1 tbs. italian seasoning, and 1/4 tsp. garlic powder in a plastic bag. I put the chicken in and shook it. I browned the chicken in in 2 tbs. of olive oil, but only brown it...don't cook it all the way through. Then, place the chicken in a greased dish and top it with 1 and 1/2 cups sugar free marinara sauce and 1/2 cup fat free mozzarella. Then, I also sprinkled a TINY bit more parmesan on top. I baked it in the oven at 350 for 20 minutes.
