Oreo Protein Poppers
2 scoops chocolate whey powder
2 scoops vanilla whey powder
sugar substitute equivalent to 1/3 cup sugar
3/4 cup liquid egg whites
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp sugar free chocolate pudding

Spray pan bake @ 350 for 9 minutes
Makes 48 mini poppers in bite size mini muffin pan
Breakdown : per bite 12 calories / 1 carb / 2 protein

After they cool use frosting to top
I figured frosting was per tbsp 19cal / 1 carb / 3 protein / 1 sugar
I doubt I used 2 tbsp of icing on these as I used a very small decorating tip so with 2 tbsp icing they still come in at about 13 calories per bite :) GOTTA LOVE THAT!!!!
